Salaisons Cros works with French pork from long-time partner breeders, the pieces are salted with dry salt while ensuring a limited salt intake. Drying and ripening take place under ideal climatic conditions, at an altitude of 800m and under the natural influence of the air from the Grands Causses natural park.
  • Produced from French pork, this superior Toulouse sausage shows its quality through a large and irregular chopping, pieces of lean and fat well marked, embossed in a natural gut. Poach before grilling to preserve the tenderness of the meat.
