Product Details

Manufacturing:

Ink bags are obtained from cuttlefish caught in Indic ocean (FAO 51), arriving
at our faility frozen at -18ªC. Once defrost, they are cleaned, skinned off
and the ink is separated. The ink is mixed with water, salt and thikener. Once
mixed, it is grinded, cooked and dosed in jars. Last step is stelization in
autoclave
