  • With their tangy flavor, capers perfectly enhance sauces, vinaigrettes, pizzas, certain fish and of course calf's head and steak tartare. They can also be offered as an accompaniment to charcuterie.

    Harvested by hand, nasturtium capers are medium in size, calibrated between 8 and 9mm. Ideal compromise between superfine capers and capers, they can be used whole or cut, thus adapting to all uses.
