A washed rind soft and oozing cow's milk cheese, wrapped in a band of spruce bark. The texture is soft and glossy, and the flavour is milky, with substantial woody notes and a hint of peanut. We sell these large format cheeses by wholesale only, and sometimes in our shops. However we do offer the small version "Little Rollright" online, which is better suited to shipping. Made with pasteurised cow's milk and animal rennet.
