Our Journey


It is first in France with cheesemakers that this famous "Toussaint spice cakes" will be offered, because associated with certain cheeses it is a delight! Given the success encountered, we are launching internationally, notably in Belgium, then in Canada, England in 2010, Switzerland and Asia with Bangkok, Singapore and finally Hong Kong and Macau more recently. After the gingerbread, make way for  artisanal biscuits , the Bons Sablés, a range of homemade shortbread, without any additives. The Arcelottes will then make their entrance,  small gingerbread meringues , followed by the Demoiselles, then the Efti! This year, the Nonnettes  range  is our big new product! A real concentrate of delicacy, they appeal to young and old alike!

The quality of our products comes from the ingredients that we select with great rigor and attention. Since our creation, we have always used the best ingredients, and our delicacies are made without coloring. We have always wanted to develop authentic recipes by combining our artisanal know-how with our carefully selected ingredients.
