Welcome to the traditional flavor. Welcome to Embutidos Entrepeñas. A family business dedicated to the artisanal production and sale of sausages in Leon for more than 60 years and four generations.

We carry out our activity in our sausage factory in Geras de Gordón, in the northwest of the province of León, at an altitude of 1200 meters and with a microclimate of frequent frosts during long and dry winters, which create the ideal conditions to mature quality sausages.

In our sausage factory we follow a strict protocol that combines a natural and artisanal production method already used by our grandparents and strict respect for food safety regulations. The result is homemade sausages with a flavour of yesteryear that delight the palate and leave no one indifferent.

The chorizo de León, also known as the chorizo de Geras, which has become famous throughout the province of León and in the rest of Spain due to its high quality and its unmistakable characteristics and our cecinas de León I.G.P. are our most emblematic products. In addition, we are dedicated to the manufacture and sale of a series of sausages, hams and salted meats of unmistakable quality combining tradition and innovation (smoked cow's tongue, chorizo spread, jerky cream, black pudding in a jar, etc).
