Ferme des peupliers
The Ferme des Peupliers is above all a story of people... And has always been a family farm dedicated to producing quality Norman dairy products. Located in the heart of Normandy, less than 100 km to the north of Paris, for more than half a century we have applied ourselves to indulging food-lovers by producing and preparing what we know best: milk.
“To obtain good yogurt, good milk must be used; to obtain good milk, the cows must be well housed and well fed.”
What's more, the cows and calves are reared with plenty of love and care. The cows eat local and without GMOs. Surrounding the farm, the farmland, pastures and grass meadows enable us to produce our own fodder, ensuring healthy and local feed for the cows. They are comfortably accommodated and can lie down on a carpet of straw, under which a soft rubber mattress has been placed for their comfort. Whenever the Normandy weather allows, the cows can wander the fields around their barn.
