The origins
Golfera production factory was born in Lavezzola, an ancient village in Romagna, historically dedicated to charcuterie. During this period our production alternates between salami and mortadella, core specialities for the area.

Golfera complies with the voluntary international food safety standards BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety) and IFS (International Food Standard). The requirements of these standards cover every aspect of product quality, hygiene and safety.
