Romain Belloir, at the origin of this gastronomic adventure, knew how to surround himself with four confirmed producers: Jérôme LEspagnol, truffle grower and truffle broker, Jean Phillippe Rousseau and Eric Vilair, snail breeders and Michel Berthommier, producer of caviar from Aquitaine.
