“We have one of the most beautiful lands, the Garden of the kings of France. Conscious of this natural quality, we favor manual work and take time to understand the soil with its developing macrofauna and microfauna, they are the ones creating everything the produce needs for its growth. We manage the soil, the climate and the rotations on generally very short-cycle and controlled crops. The leaves and whatever is not left on the produce when it is shipped, to optimize weight and costs, is crushed and returned to the soil to enrich it with nutrients without further additions. Selected and harvested by hand according to the wishes of each customer, washed and prepared in wooden crates to retain humidity, everything must be ready for shipping and a “guaranteed freshness delivery”.

More than a wish, a requirement to preserve all the taste and aesthetic qualities of the product that time inexorably alters, as long as it remains natural and without the addition or spraying of any preservative.
