Who are we ?

La Noix Gaillarde is a human-sized company specializing in the processing and marketing of dried nuts.

The company has over 30 years of experience serving the food industry, wholesalers, cash & carry and supermarkets.

We first developed our expertise around walnuts, one of the most delicate dried fruits to preserve and process. Since then, we have become experts in working with all dried fruits. Today, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, pecans, coconuts and pine nuts no longer hold any secrets for us.

The factory is located in Corrèze, at the gateway to the largest walnut production area in France (Dordogne, Bas-Limousin, Périgord, Quercy).

La Noix Gaillarde is part of the Fruits Délice group , whose main activity is the production and marketing of packaged fruit juices for Distributor Brands and for its own brand, Fruits Délice.

Fruits Délice also offers fruit purees. A significant addition to the range of baking aids to meet the needs of La Noix Gaillarde customers.

The parent company specializes in sourcing fruits in all their forms. It brings LNG international experience due to its locations abroad, general knowledge of the agri-food market and knowledge of local markets and regions.
