Fine gingerbread meringues Arcelottes are made in the pretty village of Arcelot in Burgundy. Les Arcelottes was created to pay homage to its beautiful 18th century chateau. To chew with a coffee or an infusion, to dip in a vanilla cream or a chocolate mousse, they will delight young and old.


Our artisanal and 100% French meringues are made in Bourgogne Franche-Comté. Crunchy to the bite then melting without crumbling, they will delight young and old alike. This traditional recipe is one of the flagship delicacies of French pastry. The Meringue at the old Maison Toussaint will undoubtedly remind you of the preparations that our grandmothers spent hours cooking. Without coloring or preservative, they are composed of egg whites whipped to snow and sweetened to the point as needed for a unique taste. It is also often used in baking as a base for certain cakes.
